Autosport Feb 17, '83 p20 photo CEV There were several British crews trying true snow style rallying for the first time in Sweden, headed by the six members of the British Junior Rally Team. Earlier on that stage[fifth], Louise Aitken had put the Group N Escort XR3 - an ex-press fleet car according to one member of the youngsters - off the road, ... ... the girls then stopped to help [Gavin] Cox,... ... at the end of the first leg... Aitken was bringing up the rear following the odd delay, although early on Saturday morning there was a further setback, as while passing her third car on the 11th stage, she hit a rock which badly twisted the track control arm. It took some time to fix, although she was now heading Group N.
