The
After several successful years at Baarlo Speedway Track, and at Sevenum, both near Venlo, the show moved south in 1999 to the large Sports Stadium at Landgraaf, nr Heerlen.
The ShowThere is usually an attendance of over 2500 vehicles, with Ford clubs from all over Europe, and it is an opportunity to see all the stuff you never have before. RS2600’s, 2 door Sierra XR, Taunus, German Spec RS1600i’s, etc, etc.
Dutch insurance rules allow any modification except bhp at no extra cost, so they are in to customizing / modifications in a big way.
UK Fords have taken many of the honors in Concours, so if you have a tidy motor, get it entered. They prefer totally original, even with the odd scratch, rather than mint but restored. And you don’t need the RSOC logbook.
Additionally, The XR/RS Club traditionally run sprint events down the track all day. Anyone can participate.
